Drug prescription refills are filled only during office hours when the physician and nurse have access to your medical records. Please have the phone number of the pharmacy of your choice available at the time of your call.
Please contact your insurance for the medication that is on your formulary if the prescription that was called in is not being covered by your insurance. This will enable the providers to get you an appropriate medication that your insurance will cover.
