To better serve our patients we have now a LAB RESULT line to access your results. You will be able to get your results 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our nurses will no longer be calling you and you will not have to worry that you have missed our call.

To access your Lab Results over the phone dial 1-866-231-7604.

Enter User ID which is your full Social Security Number.
Enter your password which is your 6 digit Date of Birth (MMDDYY).

You can also access your Lab Results online via http://www.mytestresults.com

Enter customer ID # 509306. Enter your user ID and Password.
